I've always been a self-starter, motivated and passionate about my work. Above all, I enjoy forming relationships and helping others, which is what led me to Real Estate. The Minnesota Real Estate Team was a perfect fit for me because they have a dominant presence in the Twin Cities market and provide the tools to succeed in a competitive industry.

My experience around the home and in the real estate business have propelled me beyond just being an agent. I deliver advice, expertise and knowledge beyond my years to ensure your transaction goes smoothly whether you are buying, selling or investing.

When I am not working, my wife, Kaitin, and I like to spend time with our friends and family. We also enjoy renovating our home, sampling new restaurants, and watching movies. I also enjoy participating in a number of winter and summer sports, including broomball and softball.

The following experiences have helped mold me into the successful agent I am today:

Property Management: Full time property manager for a large 73-unit rental complex. This postition gave me the skills to drive negotiations, understand the rental/investment aspect of our business and manage finances.
Construction: I've inherited cabinetry, framing and finishing skills from my father and these skills have enabled me to point out potential problems that could arise in a home. It pays to have a trained eye to view each property inside and out.
Landscaping: For 7 years, I managed a landscaping crew. The jobs ranged from simple grading issues to complex retaining walls for patio construction. These experiences have given me the ability to show clients the potential of any backyard and solve existing issues, such as: potential flooding, erosion or poor landscape design.
